When we were looking for a new part-time in-house graphics coordinator we had very particular expectations. We needed someone who could work with our existing brand toolbox but was also creatively capable of creating high quality work for new brands. Add to this the ability to work solo, produce to deadline, manage their own providers and have a good business sense, we were prepared for a long recruiting process. We were pleasantly surprised when we met Martha. Recently graduated from Shillington, her training background and learned approach to work has meant that she has been a solid contributor from day one. A credit to the practical and workplace focus of Shillington's approach.
