What were you doing before the course?
I have been in travel for five years now - booking travel for government, staff and VIPs.

What motivated you to do the course now?
I started doing some in-house newsletters for staff and had so much fun. My boss told me that her sister went to Shillington and said I should do it. I posted my application on my way to the airport so I could not go back on it!

Have you had any previous graphic design experience?
I played a little in Photoshop but had no idea about InDesign - I used Pages for all my work before. Amazing how much I have learned in such a short time frame!

What do you like about the course?
It's not a huge class, and having have such a hands-on course is fantastic!
